Our Handicap Drive at Kroeger on 78 and Rosedale has been very successful not just in donations received but also with exposure of Bennett's Place. People who need the facilities at Bennett's Place have thanked us our donation to this organization and some took Bennett' Place information. Our next Drive will be May 18th between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Please consider joining us for a good cause and some Brotherly Camaraderie. Contact If you can help, contact the Grand Knight.
Safe Summer is back on again. It is scheduled for May 11th from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We will be handing out bike helmets and there will be a bicycle raffler for two lucky children. Contact Bill Childress or, by phone, (770) 508-8500

We
have been afforded the opportunity
to work the Gwinnett Striper's
baseball games and earn some great
funds for our council. We will be
serving food and beer. We do not
have to cook anything. Just serve
and take payment. I am attaching the
schedule for you to look at the
volunteer opportunities in yellow. The uniform is
navy blue KofC shirt (reimbursable),
non-slip shoes and the Gwinnett
Striper's hat furnished to you the
first time you volunteer. If you
choose to volunteer let Todd know
your dates you would like to
volunteer. You will have to take
training at the links provided, and
upon completion furnish your
Certificates to Todd and he will get
them where they need to go. Last
year the 2 councils that
participated were able to earn
$40,000 and $15,000 respectively for
their councils. Attached are the
schedule, the meeting notes provided
from Nelson Rivera at St. Lawrence,
and the servsafe certification that
will be taken 2nd in the
certifications. The minimum age to
work the booth is 16 years old and
they can only take payment and serve
food. We can have more than
